Group visits may be scheduled by downloading a school group reservation form in PDF format (you'll need Adobe Reader) and faxing the completed form to our education office at (502) 587-0941. To check available dates please call (502) 753-1045.

All reservations for school visits must be made at least two weeks in advance. No deposit is required.

Historic Interpretations:
Ask to incorporate one of our historical interpretations into your visit at no additional charge. Interpretations consist of one or two actors in a dramatic presentation of certain historical figures and time periods. Programs run 15 to 20 minutes with time for questions afterwards. Museum Store:
Students will have an opportunity to purchase items in the museum retail store. The number of students allowed in the store will be limited to individual groups of 6, 8, or 10 students at a time (depending on grade level) and a chaperone will be required to accompany all groups. Groups should schedule visits after their educational program in the Museum is over in 15 minute increments to ensure that all students may have an opportunity to visit the Museum store.
